Plan pricing above covers the software. Collecting payments online carries one separate ClubKeepr transaction fee:

ClubKeepr transaction fee is 4.5% + 30¢ per payment on every plan. This one fee is all-in: it already covers card processing, so there is no separate processing charge on top.

You choose per registration form whether to pass this fee on to families or absorb it. Cash, check, and other manual payments have no transaction fee.

Whenever sales tax is collected through ClubKeepr checkout, it appears as its own line item. It is never folded into a listed price.
